SLOW COOKER MACARONI AND CHEESE

1/2 lb. macaroni, uncooked

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 can evaporated milk (NOT CONDENSED)

1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

 

Spray inside of slow cooker with oil. Beat eggs and milks together. Add all other ingredients, plus 3 cups of the cheese. Put all ingredients in slow cooker and sprinkle rest of cheese over top. Cook on low for 5 hours. Do NOT stir or open lid while cooking.
