Mushrooms Stuffed with Bacon and Cream Cheese

A very simple appetizer that everyone loves. I didn't have a written recipe for this one so I made one up. That's why everything about this recipe is an "estimate".

 

1 pound mushroom caps cleaned

8 ounces cream cheese softened

4 tablespoons real bacon bits

 

Mix cream cheese and bacon bits. Fill mushroom caps. Bake in 350 degree F oven for about 10 minutes until done.

These measurements and baking time are all estimates. When mushrooms are done the cream cheese will just start to brown in places.
